Bec Baizo draws inspiration from her extensive background as a performer and dancer. Born and raised in South London, she trained at The Brit School in Croydon and graduated from Performers College, before going on to perform in film, television, and live shows alongside some of the world’s biggest artists, including Camila Cabello, Dua Lipa and Nicki Minaj. 2025 marks a decade of Bec Baizo's creative journey at the iconic Box Soho. Starting as one of the three resident dancers, the Hammerstein Beauties, she has risen to become Choreographer and Director. Bec curates and choreographs innovative, intimate performances, collaborating with world-renowned specialty acts and performance artists. Her expertise extends beyond the weekly shows at The Box to include exclusive live productions for Usher, music videos for Ed Sheeran, and performances for high-profile events such as Beyoncé’s Renaissance album launch and projects for Sony in July 2022. Bec Baizo is passionate about uncovering the unique character and potential within every artist she works with. From movement coaching behind the scenes to creating fully choreographed live productions, she has attracted collaborators like Celeste and frequently lends her expertise as an on-set Assistant Choreographer, most recently working with Becky Hill. Her ability to identify and enhance the confidence of performers is matched by her eye for intricate details, subtlety, and feminine power.
